Has Obama resolved racisim in the United States?

No. It seems likely that now Obama's presence is no longer in daily view, the old bad ways will flourish especially if encouraged by those in prominent positions with racist views. He did his best to improve the standing of African Americans, and at least they can vote now.

More people of colour, more women, are coming into political prominence and showing their intelligence and abilities. The educated whites must combine to follow Obama's lead.
