Reaganomics was a term created for Reagan’s ways of controlling the economy during his presidency. It also referred to the policies he had established about the economy of the United States. Reaganomics referred to the four main things that Ronald Reagan did during his presidency to help the economy. The first thing that he wanted to do was to decrease the spending of the government.
Second, he wanted to decrease the tax for federal income, allow for rights for governing without interference from the government. Finally, he wanted to reduce inflation which he did. However, not everyone agrees that everything that Reagan did for the economy during the 1980s resulted in positive things. Some people see the economy during that time in a different light.
