Compared to other countries, Singapore actually has a lower account of corruption in companies and government based on their government agency that makes those decisions. It is called the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau. As a matter of fact, the Corruption Perception Index indicates that in 2018 Singapore ranked third out of 180 as far as having no corruption.
However, that is not to say that there has never been any corruption in Singapore because there has. First, in 2011, the Singapore Land Authority came under fire when two officials in this department were accused and charged with money laundering. Another corruption was when the National Parks Boards came under fire due to the purchasing of certain bikes. This showed corruption to the nation.
