Which empire is the best for a cultural victory?

Civilization 5 is the best for victory if you ask me. It is not the easiest I must say though but it's the most challenging and the one that I like the best. Everyone has their own preferences though. As far as empires in it, Japan is the best in my estimation. Then again, everyone has the one that works best for them. America and Persia are close runners up though. And some even like Greece, if you can believe that.

My advise is just to play with the knowledge and the skills you have and see what comes natural to you as far as the empire that will do best for you to gain victory in. You will never know until you try. And, if the first one you go for doesn't work out, you can always try for another one like one of the most popular ones such as Japan, America, or Persia. You'll get it eventually and will have your favorite too.
