Who is your favorite Star Trek character?

My favorite Star Trek character is Chief Miles O'Brian. The reason is clear. He is an interesting fellow and is full of dignity and integrity. He's just your average guy traveling in space and time but that is what makes him so interesting and I can also relate to him. He was an uncomissioned officer in the 24th century Human Starfleet .

He appeared in seven seasons somewhat sporadically. I enjoyed each and every time he came on. He made good choices and I appreciated that and he wasn't ever full of drama or full of himself. If you like people who are down to earth, you will like him. He was a main cast member in Deep Space Nine, the sequel to Star Trek so obviously I am not the only one who thought he was awesome in his role. To me, he is the best, handsdown.
