Is the new Star Trek story good?

The new Star Trek story is good but not near as good as the old one. Many Star Trek fans are very disappointed and some are not even interested in carrying on their Star Trek enthusiasm. Many feel cheated because the new story is not as good.

It seems that the new one was put together lazily and lacks the thought and imagination that the old one had. There seems to be no real passion and emotion that is coming through which were the very things that made the old story so well loved.

No, the new Star Trek story is not very good at all when compared to the old one but, if you compare it to other stories that are science fiction, it still rates a little higher. It had a big reputation to live up to and it did not make the mark.
