India is the most polluted country on earth. Can that ever change? Well, it can improve, that's for sure. Much depends upon if those in India make the committment to do something to solve the problem and clean up the existing pollution. It would take a huge effort through and obviously, they are not on board to help or the country would not have the five top polluted cities in the world in it. The problem is that people get used to doing things that pollute and are not willing to change what they are doing. Like, in India, it is mostly the discarded trash that's the main problem.
Who is doing the littering and why? Will they stop if they are told to or asked to or will it take more? The businesses are guilty too. So, should a law be put into effect? Would that even help? It wouldn't hurt. There is a lot of crime that doesn't exist in India because the penalties for the crimes are so steep. If that were the case for things that cause pollution, the cities might clean up their acts.
Yes, it is possible for India to be pollution free. Nothing is impossible. Though it might take time and lots of efforts, it is still possible for India (which is one of the most polluted countries) to be pollution free.
India has all it takes (great minds) to work on technologies that can work on improving the environment. The Government needs to work with its citizens to develop ways recycle their wastes into other useful materials.
So nothing is impossible, if the right amount of effort is put into developing the environment, this can be achieved.
