Do you think David Beckham was an overrated player?

Beckham was known for his amazing free kicks that became his trademark. There seems to be a misunderstanding in many people that all he was good at was at free kicks, and they were not able to see all the other benefits in David Beckham as a footballer.

There were great scoring feats that surely popularized him as a trophy player in every sense of the word. There was the time when he directly scored from a corner on loan in the infamous Preston North End and two other times while he was with the LA Galaxy. There were numerous other singular feats that show that he was a tremendously great player in his own right.
