Can you still read Hellboy comics?

Dark Horse Comics, the original creator Mike Mignola, and other writers and artists contributing to the Hellboy stories recently celebrated the 25-year anniversary of the first comic published in 1994 on March 23rd, an important day for the Mignolaverse. Many comic book stores will be selling copies of Hellboy comics. Hellboy comics have become very popular, much more than the original author imagined and they are still available to be read today.

The most recent addition to come out of the Hellboy comics is 1956 the official release date of which was March 27th, 2019. Although it is possible to read the comics, many people also know Hellboy through the other features in which he has appeared.

In addition to comics, Hellboy is also part of many short story collections, an animated film, and two live action films with another film related to the character coming out in April 2019.
