When was BlackBerry at its peak?

There was a time when Blackberry was THE phone to have. Everyone wanted the Blackberry, and for a while, it dominated the top of the charts. In September of 2010, the company peaked and hit the most significant growth that it had seen to that point. But with all good things, it must come to an end. After that, the company has waned a bit, and with the rise of the other phone companies such as the iPhone and Samsung, there is a bit more competition on the market these days. With so many options to choose from and the demand for even better phones and operating systems, then the competition will continue to rise.

As smartphones have entered the scene, Blackberry was one of the first come out with the smartphone and others were quick to pick up on the feature. While Blackberry might have been one of the forerunners for today’s smartphones, they have been eclipsed by many other companies.
