What happened to BlackBerry?

Blackberry was a pioneer in the smart phone industry. But, its fortune became its misfortune too. it was a great phone and was very ahead of its time. But, it did not create a loyal following with its customers and when iPhone and other competion phones came out, customers were off seeking the latest phone. Blackberry manufactures didn't take heed of the way the maket was headed. They didn't want to follow...or to lead. They, in the opinion of many, became complacent in some ways.

Other phones moved forward but Blackberry chose to perfect what they already had. They did so as a favor for their customers but their customers have never been loyal enough to appreciate such a kind gesture. Blackberries can still be found but they certainly are not as popular as they once were and, in fact, are not real popular at all.
