It was back in December of 2016 when Bernie Sanders first announced his candidacy for the first time ever. he didn't win even the primaries. But, he did come close in the eyes of many. Bernie Sanders announced in February of 2019 that he would be running again. He has learned a lot from the last time he ran and is expected to be out in full glory. He is already ahead of his Democratic contender, Elizabeth Warren, in some aspects. He has more campaign funds and some polls show he is ahead in popularity too.
Sanders is indeed running for United States President for the second time in a row. He would be the oldest Presidet in U.S. history if the did win. That wouldn't be the first time he's been first in something. But will he be first in the election polls? Time is the only thing that will tell that tale.
