Can Lady Gaga win the Oscar for A Star Is Born?

Lady Gaga could absolutely go all the way and win the Oscar for the Best Picture and the Best Actress and...why shouldn't she? Both the actress and the film are beyond fabulous. The last time an Oscar went out to the Best Picture and Best Actress who were in the same movie was 14 years ago. But, if anyone can change the tide, it's "The Lady" and fans all around the world are betting that she will.

The movie alone was incredible, a spot-on remake of the 1976 original, starring Barbara Steisand and Kris Kristofferson. The very fact that Lady Gaga was in it made it uniquely different, special in its own way. So, it is only fitting that the two should win Oscars, hand-in-hand. All fans can do is to wait it out but most are betting on one of the biggest "ah ha Gaga" moments in history.
