Poker is considered to be a game of skill with a little bit of luck. It can be considered to be a game of luck because you will never know what cards you are going to get but this is more a game of skill mainly because even if people have really bad cards, they still have a high chance of winning.

There are some people who are so skilled at it that they can win for successive periods of time. Those who say that poker is a game of luck are probably not real Poker players or they do not know how the game should be played properly.

Poker is a game of skill not luck, when playing poker; you play against other players not the house as seen in other casino games. There is no denying that luck has a chance in poker. I believe the questions should be, is poker more of skill or more of luck? Because, truly luck and skill influence the way the game is played.

If the game was more or luck, then professional players would give up. The more skilled you are at poker games, the better your chances at winning. Hope this helps.

Poker is mostly considered from the skill of a player, rather than luck. It takes years of practice to study the game of poker until one truly has the essence of the game down. In poker, we can win or lose, like in all games. Debates about whether poker is only gambling has gone on for decades now. Studies have been underway, watching multiple games to witness different answers and also different routines each time. Most of the game of poker involves reading other players faces while in a battle of wit.

By reading their enemies faces, poker players will think about whether to make their move or not. Poker is more of a game of chance over skill. No one automatically wins a game of poker on the first try. Poker demands proficiency. It’s all based on how the player views the game. A loss happens because they will not study into the game and become too confident.
