No, it's not a Scrum Artifact.Scrum Artifact is a tangible by-product that is produced during the development of the product. Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Increment of Potentially Shippable Product Functionality are the examples of scrum artifacts.
All these three scrum artifacts share common goals: to maximize transparency and promote a shared understanding of the work.
Scrum artifacts are actually human made entities that provide a valuable way of improving transparency and are useful when inspecting work. They are three important scrum artifacts worthy of mention. They include the product backlog, which is initially opened up by the product owner and are the product team are allowed access to them. Another one is the sprint backlog and the third one is the product increment.
However, from the list, the one option that is not a scrum artifact is the story. This is not one of the entities that form part of the artifact group as it is difficult to isolate.
