Jellyfish eat a lot of different foods. They will mostly eat little fish by sitting upside down, and the fish swim into their mouths. Box jellyfish are classified as carnivores, and they often feed on other sea animals. They typically love to eat fish, plankton, and crustaceans.
They will also consume the larvae of different species of jellyfish, and they are also known to eat fish eggs. A box jellyfish is able to consume its prey less. Baby jellyfish eat small, freshly hatched brine shrimp; however, as jellyfish become more substantial, they require larger brine.
