The term “developed” and “undeveloped” are commonly used to describe countries. Undeveloped or even underdeveloped countries are those that have struggling economies. They may have been at war recently or they may have been fighting themselves in a civil war.
Newer countries who have broken away from other countries may be considered underdeveloped. A developed country is one that has a stronger economy or their economy is growing. In the case of Egypt, they are a developed country based on their economy.
At one point, they began to struggle with their government in 2011, but their economy came back strong. It began to grow again following the problem. They have a variety of ways that their economy has flourished, but mainly it is based on tourism.
