Jeff Bezos is a billionaire whose net worth is somewhere around $136 billion. As 2017, he surpassed Bill Gates as the world’s richest person after almost 20 years. In the same way that Gates built his empire from working with his friend Paul Allen, Bezos started Amazon in his garage. Bezos’s primary platform is the Amazon conglomerate, which sells an assortment of products to consumers. Amazon is an international company that operates out of most countries. In addition to this platform, he has developed Amazon Prime and Amazon Studios.

This was probably one of the reasons his company has been so successful, successful enough to surpass Gates.
