Are snipers sent on single man missions?

Though it is usually two men to a mission, there are times, when one single man is assigned to a sniping mission by themselves. However, it does depend on who the sniper is, and just how much experience they have in the field itself.

Single-man missions are special missions where one works alone, and there are cases where snipers are hired to do the work with just one person.
