You may be fat but otherwise healthy if your intake of food has agood balance of nutrients and you are taking daily exercise and aerobic exercise several times a week. However, I would expect that if you are doing all the former, your fat would convert into muscle.
There are genes that predispose you to put on weight in comparison to sensible eating peers who are skinny, and if you are one of the former, that's unlucky and perhaps you have to be more careful about what you eat and how often.
A sign would be to look at older blood relatives who eat and exercise sensibly yet are fat. For yourself, eat and exercise in line with what is generally advised and in that knowledge that you have been acting sensibly, live with the person and size that you are.
