Don’t think too much as it can make you stressed and stress causes your body to gain fat. This is because stress triggers the release of the stress hormone, cortisol which in turns increases the appetite of people. - great tips!

You can actually reduce your tummy fat easily, for example, do one of the following exercises every day:
Crunches.
Twist Crunches.
Side Crunch.
Reverse Crunches.
Vertical Leg Crunch.
Bicycle Exercise.
Lunge Twist.
With doing a workout focused on tummy you will force your body to use the fat locally. However, in most cases, food behaviors must be changed (& they are the root cause very often). If this is possible try to replace your dinner with a vegetable salad.

You can reduce your tummy fat but it is not very easy. There is no hard and fast method through which you can diminish your tummy very easily as stubborn fat is not easy to lose. However, you can reduce your belly fat and it will take some time. Here, I have enlisted some of the ways to reduce belly fat. By following these measures, you would be able to reduce your tummy fat to some extent. For some people, it might be an endless struggle.
Very few people know that alcohol contributes to the majority of belly fat as it contains a large number of empty calories. To avoid this, you need to minimize the consumption of alcohol.
Always try to have a high protein diet as protein can reduce your tummy fat. Various studies have proven that people with higher protein intake have lower belly fat.
Don’t think too much as it can make you stressed and stress causes your body to gain fat. This is because stress triggers the release of the stress hormone, cortisol which in turns increases the appetite of people.
Avoid too much consumption of sugary foods. Sugar can cause your body to produce fat to some extent. Also, eat healthy foods cooked with coconut oil.
Start doing some of the exercises which can directly put pressure on your belly, resulting in the reduction of belly fat like weight-lifting, planks, stretching and etc.
Ask this again but remove the word 'easily'! Sorry, but tummy fat is both undesirable healthwise and unattractive and it affects I suppose the majority of the population over the age of 25. You have to reduce your carbohydrate intake and increase your core strength to have any hope of reducing tummy fat but don't be defeatist - do it.
I am afraid it is those uncomfortable exercises like squats and push-ups that attack that ring of fat around your middle. Too much sitting will increase it and too much cake, bread, and cookies too. Lots of discipline needed but you will feel so good when you win through and can notch your belt tighter.
