There are four areas that determine fitness: aerobic fitness, muscular strength, flexibility and body composition. However, remember that fitness is different for each person because we have to take into account differences in lifestyle, muscle tissue, genetic makeup, and overall health.
These all help determine personal fitness level. Aerobic Fitness: a healthy heart rate is 60 to 100 beats a minute. Body composition (BMI) should be between 18-25 and preferably in the middle of these figures.
