There are a lot of people who are wondering if neutronium truly exists. This may be something that you hear more often lately, and you cannot help but wonder how true this is. This is considered to be a theoretical element. Some people refer to this as neutronium.

This is supposed to be a radioactive element that may or may not exist. What makes this radioactive is the fact that it comes only with neutrons. This means that neutrons that are enclosed in a small atom may repel each other and will cause a reaction. This was suggested in the year 1926, which is even way before neutrons were discovered.

A neutronium is supposed to be theoretical and lacking protons. It is supposed that if there are no protons, that would indicate that there would be no atomic number. Neutronium only shows up under the powerful crushing gravity and force of a neutron star.

This term neutronium was coined in 1926 by the scientist Andreas von Antropoff for a supposed form of item or matter that are made up of neutrons with no protons or electrons. He placed this as the chemical element of atomic number zero, to be placed at the top of his new type of the periodic table of elements.

There are a lot of people who are confused if neutronium exists or not. There are some people who call this neutrium while there are also some who call this neurite. As of now, this is considered to be a hypothetical substance which means that there are not enough evidences that will prove that this truly exists. This is supposedly a substance that is made out of purely neutrons.

It will not have any protons or electrons. They say that if this truly exists, this will have an atomic number of zero so it will be ahead of all the other elements. The meaning of neutronium may have changed over the past years especially since it is being related to neutronium stars. There are still a lot of fictional literature that describe neutronium as something that is higher than the usual elements.
