It seems that Bezos has already done everything possible in order to make Amazon the popular store that he always dreamed that it would be. It started by selling books because this was the most ideal thing to do at that time. As time went on, it started to venture more into music, and so much more.

The next thing for Amazon to do is to innovate and think about new things that it can offer to the public. The things that they will do will always be influenced by what people are looking for and what people want. It seems that the next step of Amazon is to provide more services and applications that people may need in the long run.

Jeff dreamed of an ‘everything store’ which lead to the birth of Amazon dot com. Initially when he started he did not have a guarantee that this will work out or have a future as there was nothing of the sort that existed. Through he wanted to sell everything, he started off by selling books as that was a more ideal way to start.

His main goal was to make the buying experience for people easier and that they could get anything they wanted to from a single portal. And thus he focuses on customer service rather than on his competitors.

Through amazon dreams of making the customers get things easily, it is known to over-work it's employees as they have to meet the targets and there is not much grace for those who make mistakes in the company.

After starting off with a company, the company will transform or add different services to it over time. This is because in order to get your company to grow, you should be adding new and different products and services that tie into the original service. This will most likely expand your business if you get the right product and service.

Amazon sells all sorts of different things on there including electronics and almost anything you can think of. So, it has moved away from just selling books online. Recently, his next strategy is to provide a merging through the whole group of products while still keeping the customer happy.
