A lot of people assume that when you are higher on the corporate ladder or when you have a big corporation, you can just relax because there are so many people who are working for you. This is not true for a lot of people who are on top. There are always people who would like to get their position so they should be on guard all the time.
According to some reports, Jeff Bezos made time to do work but he also made an effort to spend time with the people that he loved. His daily routine shows that he is not as addicted to work as people have speculated. He may work the usual hours but he still makes time for other things that he wants to do. Still, compared to the normal employee, he may work a lot more.

It is thought that the richer a person is, the less they work because they can afford to hire so many people to do the job. However, that is usually not the case. The brains behind a large business must continue to put forth time and effort in order to continue to make the business successful.
In the case of Jeff Bezos, it is not certain, but many people would look at other CEOs of major corporations to determine the number of hours that they work. This would give a ballpark figure. Other major corporation CEOs work well over the standard eight hours a day, but probably double that. They fly to other parts of the world and that is done for their business.

The average CEO works for about 58 hours a week and that’s 11 hours more than the average full-time worker. While there are many CEOs that believe that it is best of they start working before everyone wakes up, the CEO of Amazon does not believe that. He starts his work at 10 am in the morning and clocks out at 5pm and makes sure that he sleeps for 8 hours. This is every man's dream, and he lives it.i
This is what he claims to be the reason for his success. Despite this it is said that a worker in Amazon is made to work to the extent that they don’t take bathroom breaks and that they are asked to do a lot of extra hours and work. He tends to schedule his important meetings for the morning and does not make any decisions if he feel tired and just moves it to the next day.
