What charity work has been done by Selena Gomez?

Selena Gomez is huge on supporting charities. She contributes to many but certainly has her list of favorites. Elton John's Aids Foundation is one that Selena fully supports. A Day Made Better is another charity she is partial to. Then there is 10x10 which is a philanthropy group which empowers youth is yet another charity on the top of her chart. Cystic Fybrosis, ALS, Free the Children, and the Alliance for Children's Rights are even more charities that Selena Gomez supports.

Selena isn't just supporting the organization by lip service, she actually rolls her sleeves up and gets in to help, both financially and with her time and energy. She is one of the kindest and most generous beings on the planet according to her fans and those who she helps through contributing to their causes.

Selena does a lot of charity work as she loves to help people. She has worked with many organizations in order to reach out to people and animals in need.

In 2008, she participated in St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital “Run for Life” benefit. She later became UNICEF’s spokesperson for the Trick – or – Treat for UNICEF campaign.

Selena has worked with Make a Wish Foundation, which grants the wish of children diagnosed with a life

threatening condition. She also supports Alliance for Children’s Right which protect the rights of impoverished, abused and neglected children.

She has worked with “A Day Made Better”, which awards teachers and over $1000 each and school supplies annually. She works with Ryan Seacrest Foundation, an organization that works to improve the quality of life for seriously ill and injured children.
