There are different people who can breach the occupational health & safety procedures. Employers can breach the procedures if they would not provide the things that their clients and their employees need. Employees may breach their contract when they give confidential information about a patient from someone who is outside the hospital or someone who was not supposed to know anything.
There are also some customers or clients who may do things that will cause them to sever their contact with the company or the health facility. It is best that everyone would know as many details as they can about the contract, rules, and regulations in order to avoid potential issues in the long run.
