New year resolutions are promises we make to ourselves to become a better person. New Year resolution is important because it helps us reflect on our not so good habits and failure of the previous year and see possible ways of being better.
It helps us see possible ways to improve our strength and weakness. New Year resolution helps us to reflect on areas in which we would like to improve such areas like our work place, relationship with others, our health and many more. New Year resolution help us to reflect and recognize bad habit we need to drop and positive ones we need to learn. New Year resolutions are important because they help us know we can be better versions of our selves.

New Year resolutions are short or long term goals we hope to achieve as the New Year goes by. New Year resolutions are important and here are some of the reasons why they are important:
They help us to reflect on our actions during the previous year.
They help know that we need a change in certain areas of our lives.
New Year resolutions help us to challenge ourselves in the upcoming year.
They help us do away with bad habits; they also enable us to enhance positive traits.
Every resolution is important, whether small or big, short term or long term.
