New Year resolutions are made at the beginning of the year where people decide to become a better person. New Year resolutions are like promises we make to ourselves although many people find it difficult to keep their promises to themselves.

Many people also try to keep their New Year resolution by promising themselves something tangible that they really want to have if they keep to their resolution. There are other ways to help keep your New Year resolution or methods to help you with your resolution. Keep journals of what your resolution is, set a daily task that will help you achieve your goals, do not set goals that are way beyond your reach. Be your own hero, motivate yourself, and reward yourself after every task.
