Calcium oxalate stones are the most common type of kidney stone. In fact, over 80% of kidney stones diagnosed are calicum oxalate stones.
Vegetables that contain high levels of oxalate include:
rhubarb, okra, leeks, spinach, beets and Swiss chard.
