Children under 16
Your spouse or Common Law partner
Any persons under your charge who are unable to do it for themselves.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to come up with ones that arent true? Feel free to laugh about the step-uncles great grandpa Joe, but it is 11:28PM right now and I am running on almost zero sleep. :D and, I could have made this a trick question by saying that you are supposed to check in on him while your uncle is out of town. Then he is in your charge and you would have had to select him too. See, I can be nice.
