The Quantum Hall effect is a quantum Hall effect, observed in two-dimensional electron systems subjected to lower temperatures and strong magnetic fields, in which the Hall transitions to take on the quantized values where the channel current is constant.

The quantum Hall effect is an accepted theory in physics, which describes the response of electrons that are within a magnetic field at extremely low temperatures. It is undoubtedly one of the most fascinating, complex and important phenomena not only in the semiconductor physics but also, in the condensed matter physics.
