Not particularly! Although eye irritation, tiredness and muscular pain can be eased by a warm compress (essentially a clean flannel or cloth soaked in warm water) the key word is WARM not hot. The holding of a warm compress is often soothing to painful areas of the body.
This is less often the case with eyes, where a cool compress may help. In any case don’t use boiling or very hot water. The skin on your eyelid and around your eye is thin and sensitive. It will not ease the condition and can burn easily.
