There are many different combinations of drinks or cocktails that someone can make. It all depends on what cocktail you want to drink. However, most of them consist of a few ounces of a certain type of alcohol and fruit flavored liquids are poured into the drink. There may be a few other ingredients, but they are garnished with the fruit that is included in the drink.
Usually, you would muddle the fruit in the bottom of the glass first. Muddle means to squish the fruit with a hard object so that the juices are in the bottom of the glass. Then you pour in the alcohol and the other ingredients. You will need to stir the drink with a tall spoon. Then garnish it with a piece of fruit.
