Usually when people think of alcoholic beverages, they don’t associate them with good health. This is usually believed because people drink too much alcohol in beer and other cocktails. Alcohol has a bad connotation due to the overconsumption of it. Then alcohol leads to poor choices and can cause damage to the liver.
However, it is believed that drinking one or two glasses of wine a day is supposed to help your health. There are also certain cocktails that are good for your health as long as they are not consumed in too big of the quantities. These include a Bloody Mary, Acai Berry Mojito, the Mint Fizz, A Southern Peach Bellini and the Fig heaven. A lot of these have just enough alcohol in them for their health.
