Here is an easy recipe to make your thanksgiving turkey.
You will need a whole turkey with the neck and giblet removed. Kosher salt, onions, bay leaf, butter, and dry white wine.
Directions:
Rub the kosher salt all around the turkey. After this, cover the turkey in a contain and refrigerator for about 12 hours.
Heat the turkey then thoroughly rinse the turkey and discard the mixture.
Rub the melted butter all around the turkey. Stuff the onion, carrot, bay leaf and any other spice you would like.
Roast the turkey for about 3 hours in the preheat oven. Turn the turkey over about 2 to 3 times throughout the roasting time.
