There are some countries that do not celebrate Halloween because they do not understand why people are so serious about this holiday in the first place. There are some traditions that are done on Halloween in different countries that make this event truly interesting. Those who do not celebrate Halloween feel that this is an overrated tradition that will not have any relevance with their current way of life.
There are also some countries that celebrate Halloween but do not do it on the expected day. The usual date wherein Halloween is celebrated is October 31st. In China, Halloween is done in another month. This is the time when they would serve food and water to their departed loved ones.
