There are some people who say that Teleperformance is one of the most overrated companies available but people cannot deny that this is a very popular company that people aspire to work for. Some employees say that this is overrated because they are not happy with it. They feel that they always have to work long shifts before they can reach their quotas.
Even if they have already reached their quotas, there is still no guarantee that they are going to get a lot of money in the process. The only good thing about this is that they are able to recognize who their strongest employees are. They would be able to take good care of those employees.
