There are two different meanings for the term catfishing. The first term is to try to catch a catfish. The second term means to have a relationship with someone else using a different persona. You will be surprised by the number of people who do catfishing every day. There are various reasons why people do that. There are some who do this because they believe that they are able to find love using another fictional person.

Some people do it for fun. They want to make fun of the person that they are catfishing. Some do it because it gives them a certain thrill. People who have online relationships should always check the person that they are having an online relationship with. It can make a lot of difference that way.
