Yes, it is possible for a 50-year old woman to become pregnant. As long as the woman still has her period, this means that the body feels that it can still carry a child. There is a bigger chance that women will have more complications when they are older but there are new machines that are being used right now that can help monitor the health of the child that is growing in a 50-year-old woman’s body.

Once a woman reaches menopause, she will not get pregnant no matter how much she tries. There are other methods that women can do that does not involve getting pregnant the natural way. Doctors can recommend various methods depending on what the woman needs.
