Yes, Uranus is known to be bigger than Earth. In fact, this is the third largest planet that can be found in our solar system. Even though it is bigger than Earth, it contains properties that will not make it possible to live in. It does not have a lot of solid particles. If a spacecraft would try to land on Uranus, the spacecraft will start to sink slowly.

It will not reach anything solid the moment that it goes through the atmosphere. The middle portion of Uranus is made out of ice and water. It is not possible to live on this planet especially since it is also very cold here.
