No. Leaked art from Avengers 4 merchandise suggested that the Avengers will be sporting some interesting new outfits. It showed Thor and Rocket Raccoon wearing special white costumes, with an inset showing Captain America in a similar uniform. These are environmental suits of some kind, and they are very much reminiscent of concept art of Quantum Realm costumes from Ant-Man and the Wasp.
It is believed these will be worn by the Avenger to survive in the harsh environment. There have also been strong hints about the film’s plot, and its star power. Robert Downey Jr. is rumored to be in the cast. Also, Tony and Pepper may have a child.
