Is it really true that the video quality of Facebook Messenger is not as good as WhatsApp?

Whatsapp enables you to send videos and photos to people all over the world who have an account with whatsapp. However, there are many different systems now that are created for international reasons as well as within the country. This means that everyone in the world could use the system that was made for people within the country, but people outside of the country don’t know about it.

For instance, wechat is primarily used in China. Facebook is primarily used in the United States. Whatsapp has better video quality when sending a video to another friend using the whatsapp account. This is compared to sending a video over Facebook Messenger. The reason is unknown except based on the ways in which these two systems were created.
