A movie or series of movies can be excellent, but one storyline can ruin it. Sometimes, the storyline can be considered terrible because there are terrible villains. Sometimes the villains have so many powers and there are so many of them that it is impossible to believe that the hero could win against them, but he always does. This makes it unbelievable that this could happen and then people stop watching the movie.
In the case of Captain America, the Coney Island Cruisers were probably the worst villains against Captain America and that created the worst storyline because they were easily attacked by Captain America because of his super powers. A bad storyline could be that it is boring and does not have any excitement in it.
