Tom Cruise’s movies usually fall into two main categories and they are either dramas or action films. In the action films, many actors choose to have a stunt man to replace them during the movie and do the actions that are life-threatening or dangerous. In this case, a few actors choose to do their own stunts.
For Tom Cruise, he does most if not all of his own stunts. This puts himself in danger. One stunt that is probably his most famous is the rock climbing stunt in Mission Impossible 2. This caused Cruise to dangle from a cliff. Even though precautions were taken, it was still a serious stunt that could have been dangerous. Most other actors would not have attempted that on their own.
