Ravioli alfredo is any kind of ravioli, any kind of filling that has this sauce: it is basically a luxurious cream cheese sauce, the ingredients being butter, double cream and parmesan cheese.
To make it you warm the butter and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Add the Parmesan and stir until melted. Delicious, but, I imagine, full of calories and high in fats.
