You can have a healthy diet with or without noodles. If you want to include noodles in your diet, then use a good quality product and avoid ramen noodles and those plasticised cups with dried noodles.
Both the ramen noodles and the pack you eat them from are harmful. noodles made from wheat flour, egg and water without additives can lower cholesterol, it is said, and fill you up without adding too many calories. Beware what you add to the noodles to flavour your meal. It is the salt and sauce that may not be healthful.
