Make and paste posters depicting the need for cleanliness around your town, or in schools where those concerns can be addressed and information can be made available. Get people motivated to participate in any cleanup effort in your area. Maybe have a clean-up group or a group that plants trees, which can teach people the importance of helping the environment.
Also, teach the kids in schools the importance of recycling and reusing plastic and aluminum. Make it a point to have a recycle bin available for use. You can have a recycle club for teachers and students.
