Dwayne Johnson works very hard to fine tune his abdominal muscles and he is very focused and disciplined when he is working on each muscle group. Dwayne does triceps pushdowns, bicycle crunches, reverse crunches, and he also does a fair amount of cardio. He likes to use the elliptical or the Stairmaster for about thirty minutes of a steady pace on each.
He also works a lot on his lower back, which helps him with core stabilization. He also likes to do planks for his abs. Johnson said that training helps him, and if you do not enjoy working out from the heart, it won’t work.
