Chrissy Teigen bagged the best reaction shot of the night when she was reacting to a joke made about Roseanne's Laurie Metcalf. The Emmys recognized Betty White, whose few minutes onstage was funnier than the entire opening monologue. Oscars director Glenn Weiss won an Emmy award and seized the opportunity to propose to his longtime girlfriend, Jan Svendsen.
One of the worst moments was the fact that the audience missed out on a Teddy Perkins acceptance speech. Glover appeared to have recreated the character that Glover played on the show.
